CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Cost Controller to join our Power & Manufacturing – Advanced Energy Manufacturing Team at a client site in Niskayuna, NY.

The Project Cost Controller organizes all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. The professional in this role may work on the client's site and partners closely with the Project Manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. This individual will perform various coordinating tasks such as, schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as, maintaining project documentation and handling financial inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Design or related degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of Project Administrative, Project Design, or Project Coordination experience is required Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office, including Excel, requiredStrong client-facing and teamwork skills Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Knowledge of client industrial process efficiency programs is required Hands-on experience with project management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Access preferredMust have the ability to work in a fast pace environment Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Has the ability to take direction from several individuals as well as work on a variety of projects simultaneously SALARY RANGE:

$27.40 - $34.61

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
