What we want The Project Coordinator II coordinates and assists with the completion of projects; develops and coordinates project plans through full implementation, such as expanded services of Texas Child Access Through Telehealth (TCHATT), Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN), and other grant funded projects with the Telebehavioral Care Program; develops and coordinates project plans with schools, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders through full implementation. Required Education and Experience + Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience + Four years of related experience in project coordination/administration Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications + Knowledge of standard proofreading + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others + Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines * The ideal candidate will also have experience working within telehealth or a related field. They should possess strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrate literacy and competency with utilizing technology, and exhibit strong organizational skills and flexibility. Responsibilities + Project Needs: Works to determine project needs. Develops and assess projects. Coordinates project activities including project initiation, value assessments, work plan development, estimating, and project controls. Coordinates the development, design, and installation and implementation of new services related to service accessibility. Coordinates services with the project, parents/guardians, and school personnel. Maintains referral and documents database integrity, security, and accuracy. Coordinates with vendors and others in the delivery and support for systems and services. Coordinates work streams across ISDs and campuses to ensure dependencies and impacts are identified and managed. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations. + Reporting: The project coordinator II is responsible for preparing and disseminating reports and other related referral and marketing information to leadership. Monitors and reports to project leadership on financial activity for assigned projects related to project purchases and service utilization. + Monitors and prepares reports on financial activity for promotions and marketing. Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support for systems, services, and promotional materials. Writes reports and other related materials related to referral rates and access to care. + Compliance: The project coordinator II is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA and FERPA. Interprets policies, rules, and regulations and ensures they are followed related to ensure successful transition of referrals to service utilization. Other duties as assigned.
