**Description** Starting Salary Range: $105,000-115,000-position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead small to medium-sized projects from planning to execution. + Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies. + Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. + Facilitate team meetings, track project progress, and proactively address roadblocks. + Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project workflows. + Maintain project documentation, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies. **What we are looking for…** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field. + Project Management Certification (PMP preferred) or equivalent experience leading projects. + Experience managing IT projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are met. + Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and other project management tools. + Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
