Description
- Provide administrative support to the BD manager, including developing pricing sheets, tracking RFQ submission deadlines, and creating customer samples
- Coordinate project-related tasks, such as data collection, document management, and stakeholder communication.
- Support business development initiatives, including tracking new business opportunities, updating sales databases, and tracking industry trends.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, to promote our products (using external resources as needed)
- Assist with website updates, videos, social media, and other online content.
- Assist the Finance team as time permits with invoicing and document control
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business development, or marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with marketing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with project management software, such as SmartSheet, Sharepoint, or MS Project.
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certification in project management or a related field.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00
