Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator reports to the Manager Project Management and coordinates the daily local order fulfillment activities on assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to: representing Flowserve in front of our customer with regular updates, looking after the documentation packages of the project, ensuring specification and contractual requirements are met and maintained, communicating such project requirements to the internal teams, working closely with Regional Project Managers when assigned.
The Project Coordinator shall strive to meet order key performance indicators including but not limited to: On Time Delivery, Cash Flow, Margin Performance, Change Orders, etc. Activities include coordinating of production activities and resolving conflict on priorities together within the QRC, provide detailed project status updates as requested by management, and support forecast and S&OP activities.
The Project Coordinator shall work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver orders and projects to meet or exceed customer expectations and shall remain engaged on assigned orders from P.O. receipt to cash collection and, when/ where applicable, through the warranty period. This includes ensuring all in process and final documentation and invoices are issued as contractually required.
You will be responsible for:
Review customer orders and ensure proper entry of clear, well defined, correctly priced and technically acceptable orders into Flowserve systems such as AMP and SAP.
Responsible for executing the project process in accordance with project planning, defined quality levels and within budget.
Effectively monitor order status and intervene where required.
Manage the documentation management for various orders.
Attend and actively participate in order hand off meetings, and effectively manage the Pass Gate Process throughout the order lifecycle.
Manage the customer experience by acting as single point of contact for the customer regarding all technical and commercial communication for the order. Provide customer updates and documentation as requested. Manage orders through the shopfloor, notify teams of pending shipments and ensure final inspections are conducted including proper shipping releases.

Interest in equipment repair processes and procedures and manufacturing environment
Intermediate technical level, preferably bachelor level or equivalent. Proven experience with rotating equipment is considered as a plus.
Highly organized and process oriented.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English. A proficiency in German is a plus.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Products
Experience in a manufacturing environment with departments as: supply chain, operations, planning, materials management, production, commercial operations, engineering.
