Insight Global is hiring a Project Coordinator for an Aerospace customer of ours in Largo, FL. We are looking for someone at the expert level working in MS Project software! The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans using MS Project.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Ensure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
Manage project documentation and ensure all project information is up-to-date.
Prepare and distribute project reports and presentations.
Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, and ensure all actions are documented and followed up.
Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets and expenditures.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
