Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to join our Project Management Group in the Honolulu Office. The ideal candidate will provide entry-level project coordination support functions, managing and balancing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility:

Coordinate and compile requests for proposals.Prepare contract documents and notices to consultants.Coordinate, track, and maintain project documentation.Communicate with clients and sub-consultants.Perform special assignments or projects as directed by the Group Manager.

Essential Skills:

Proven administrative skills with great attention to detail.Excellent customer service experience.Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.Familiarity with administrative office procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Two years of progressively responsible experience as an Office Administrator or Office Manager.Proven experience in multi-tasking work projects.Associates Degree in Office Administration or similar major (preferred).Prior relevant experience in engineering, construction, and administrative environments (a plus).Willingness to travel (preferred but not required).

Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. The role requires sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and familiarity with administrative office procedures. Occasional travel may be required. The candidate should be a motivated self-starter who can handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
