Job Description:

Work plan is developed for the CDF, volunteers and community with the support from Field Coordinator and Specialists from National Offic.

The work plan in place which aligns with strategic priorities and priority areas identified by Project.To monitor whether asset creation related project activities are being implemented according to planThe project staff understand CFA/livelihood related activities

Provide technical support and capacity building to the staff, volunteers and various community-based groups supporting project interventions.

Capacity building plan developed and implemented which supports quality implementation of CFA related activitiesImplementation guidelines developed on standardized practices and approachesOngoing coaching and mentoring provided to project beneficiariesEnsure asset creation activites for project in Rakhine are aligned with World Vision respective Technical Development project models and contextualized before being introduced.

Assist in the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of nutrition interventions in the community.

Gather data on CFA related activities from primary and secondary sources for the design of sector-related projects and programmesAssist Designing, Monitoring and Evaluation requirement and Grant Acquisition requirement to develop high quality project proposals and programme designsProvide technical assistance for evaluations of projectEnsure indicators for project are aligned with World Vision Child Well-Being OutcomesUndertake regular monitoring visits to projects to help improve quality implementation.

CFA related knowledge from WVM’s programming collected, analyzed and shared with relevant partners.

Program activities, results, best practices and lessons learned documented and shared with key    partners.

Networks strengthened with relevant stakeholders

Liaise with key government, non-governmental organisations and UN-agencies for shared learning, facilitation of joint implementation and leveraging of benefits from similar interventionsDocument and share World Vision Myanmar best practices and key results from the respective technical sectorWork with World Vision Area Offices and other agencies in identifying opportunities for acquiring grants/private funds

Required Professional Experience

Minimum of 5 years experiences in working in asset creation/CFA related projects

Required Education, training, license, registration and certification

Knowledge of nutrition related guidelines, practices and principlesKnowledge of Humanitarian Principle and StandardsGo to fields and set up arrangement for implementationsKeep closed communication with targeted village agentsEnsure project activities smoothly running to meet each target with organization policies, guidelines and frameworks accordingly.Understanding of monitoring and evaluationCompetent in the use of Microsoft office computer programmes

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

University Bachelor Degree in any discipline
