Project Coordinator
Description We are in search of a Project Coordinator to join our team in the banking industry, based in Coral Gables, Florida. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with handling multiple complex projects simultaneously, managing cross-functional teams, and leading re-engineering projects that lead to significant savings. Responsibilities: • Manage and implement multiple high-complexity parallel projects within the banking sector. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage budgets. • Lead re-engineering projects to facilitate savings across various business areas. • Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project execution. • Oversee the development and successful delivery of banking applications. • Implement core banking systems and handle data center collocation. • Make use of various skills such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Budget Processes, Communication, Construction, Contracts, and Temenos T24. • Manage projects in an international context. • Lead projects that result in significant cost savings across several business areas. • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of applications within a set timeframe. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management • Experience in working with CRM systems • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for professional communication • Knowledge of using 'About Time' for time tracking and management • Understanding of Budget Processes and ability to manage project budgets effectively • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders • Experience in the banking and construction sector would be beneficial • Familiarity with contract management • Ability to use Temenos T24 core banking software Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
