The Project Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the project management team through project and workflow task management, project content intake and coordination, business review routing, data and reporting maintenance, and communication. This role will support a variety of stakeholders across corporate functions, groups and divisions in the company and will aid in the removal of creative cross-functional barriers.
A day in the life:Build, maintain, and support project timelines and estimates.
Facilitate special projects (co-brand, customer home page, etc) and partner review and approval workflows.
Help PM counterparts during capacity and resource fluctuations.
Perform production schedule checks and system administrative duties to ensure operational data is accurate.
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop process changes to generate efficiency, productivity, and cost savings in support of business objectives.
This role works collaboratively with marketing and creative functions within the team primarily based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive problem solver who communicates optimally and works well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of related project coordination experience.
1+ years’ experience as a user or other similar project management platform
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate and summarize information to communicate key points effectively.
Solid ability to uphold positive team environments.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and efficiencies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.)
Familiarity with Workfront is a plus.
