ROLE PURPOSE

To coordinate the (small to medium) projects of the customer implementation teams.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co-ordinate project activitiesTrack delivery timescalesBooking, and managing the exact resources to be used to deliver the stage, whilst conforming to the overall project planMonitoring, and reporting on the overall progress against defined project scopeAttend project meetings, achieving common understanding and accurate outcomesCo-ordinate tasks in teamsAccurate progress reporting into the bigger programClient off-boardingAssisting with Mobile Data ManagementManaging connectivity orders

EXPERIENCE:

Experienced in project coordinationExperienced at administration and coordinating a portfolio of small to medium projects simultaneouslyGood interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsGood written and spoken communications at all levels of businessAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesOrganised approach to work, managing own and others workloadExperienced at setting up meetings and keeping minutesExperience of Microsoft applications:Using Microsoft ProjectUse of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Producing project progress reportsProject coordination experienceIT Service Management experience would be beneficial

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12Project Management qualification or certification

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

PRINCE2 or PMBOK (Minimum Foundation Level)IT Technical background would be beneficial
