How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Execute data wash on assigned projects to identify potential locations for acquisition. Support pre-filling DMA with information provided by Head Office and Mail Merge. Review Applications and follow-up with merchants via emails for incomplete data Coordinate and tracking the E2E onboarding journey until merchant is transacting. Attend both internal and external client meetings along with Project Manager as required (virtually). Making outbound call for terminal testing if required as part of the project. Support ad-hoc requests and initiatives in driving overall merchant onboarding experience. Mainly supporting Australia market.

Preferred Qualifications

Passionate on data analysis and project management Customer focus. Demonstrated experience and ability to interact with customers. Proven problem solving skill Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration and influencing skills. Well-developed written and communication skills Preferred knowledge of merchant onboarding process. Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage
