Position Overview:

The Project Controller oversees projects by providing centralized organization, communication, and financial controls.

Responsibilities Manages the financial services for designated clients or projects.Performs financial research, manages the project’s financials, and monitors cash flow.Reviews all project documents to ensure cost, schedule, and terms are met for audit compliance.Provides centralized organization and communication for all participants.Ensures any contract changes, such as financial, product, and schedule, are agreed upon, executed, and documented. Maintains the accounts and ledger of each project.Finalizes all forecasts, reviews final costs, and closes out the project.Review and approve all purchasing for project materials and services

 

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or related industry experience in a finance-related field, such as accounting, finance, business administration, or economicsExperience in the material handling industry a plus Contract administration or accounting experience preferred.Ability to communicate with multiple parties in a changing environment.Knowledge of vendor relationship managementMS Office skills with strong Excel skills; Microsoft Project a plusKnowledge of Engineering Support, Project Management, or Purchasing preferredKnowledge of SOX or JSOX preferred.Knowledge of SAP a plusExcellent organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam oriented and collaborative.Self-motivated and detail-orientedAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and multi-task.
