Summary: Seeking a Project Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate a construction project, ensuring timely completion within budget while managing resources and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field 5-10 years of construction management experience Experience with shutdown activities in active plant settings (brownfield projects)Preferred Skills:
Ability to manage project schedules and budgets Proficiency in coordinating various trades and subcontractorsResponsibilities:
Review project plans, timelines, and budgets Manage construction crews and subcontractors Coordinate activities with Discipline Leaders and technical validators Lead weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders Provide written progress updates to Project ManagerPay Details: $65.00 to $80.00 per hour
