Job Description
We are seeking a licensed architect with a degree from a NAAB accredited program to create architectural models in Revit and manage commercial architectural projects from schematic design, design development, construction documentation through to construction administration for projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet. The candidate should have experience in at least 5 commercial projects.
ResponsibilitiesCreate architectural models in Revit.Take commercial projects from schematic design through construction administration.Develop finished plans, specifications, and material approvals under the direction of a higher level designer.Communicate directly with mid or higher level designers and project managers.Perform project programming and analysis, site survey, and documentation.Ensure compliance with IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in Utah.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Experience in architectural design, construction administration, design development, and schematic design.Ability to produce quality construction documents.Understanding of IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in Utah.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in SketchUp.Licensed architect preferred.Architectural degree from a NAAB accredited program.Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days at home and 2 days in the office after an initial 90-day period of 5 days in the office. Office days are project team dependent. Flexible start and end hours are available, with base hours from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for a start time up to 2 hours before or after 8 am. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
