Role Overview:

As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Bespoke residential projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative design solutions, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple residential projects simultaneously across all RIBA stages Coordinate design and technical packages Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients Mentor and inspire junior team members Oversee construction on site Manage contract administration Contribute to the growth and development of the practice

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5 years post-Part 3 qualification Proven experience in delivering high-end residential projects in London Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for creative and contemporary design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of built projects Experience in a client-facing role and a proven ability to manage projects effectively
