Description:

Actalent is seeking a 6+ year Project Architect who has a professional degree that can help to organize sets, coordinate with consultants and assist with drawings in Revit. This person will be responsible for designing and processing a project from conception through construction documentation. Will coordinate with consultants, visit project sites, attend client meetings, etc. Candidates should have experience working on commercial ground up projects and must have experience in K-12 projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer in a firmLicensed ArchitectK-12 project experienceStrong knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and administration.Strong knowledge of the residential/commercial construction, zoning and building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems.Strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination.Collaborative and professional work ethic, and the ability to solve difficult coordination issues as they arise with professionalism.Organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and communication skills.Competence with: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchupHand drawing skills, Lumion and BIM experience are a plusNAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
