Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Architect to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents including redlining, detail review, QA/QC check, and consultant coordinationGenerate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectTranslate concepts and information into imagesExecute the process of preparing and completing usable construction document detailing solutionsAssist with creation and management of project schedulesDevelop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholdersAssist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorshipWork proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with the Project ManagerDemonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practiceApply knowledge of construction methods and timelinesMaintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and productsAttend and conduct presentations Manage client relations Qualifications Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required7+ years of experience in commercial architectureData Center experience or experience supporting large teams on large-scale projects requiredProfessional registration or anticipation of registrationHigh commitment to QA/QCThorough understanding of how a drawing set goes togetherAcumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budgetAbility to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environmentExhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilitiesDisplay strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellenceStrong and effective organizational and communication skillsConfident presentation abilityRevit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectationsExperience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are requiredStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsFlexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
