Job Description SummaryThe Project and Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for Project and Service delivery of Clinical Information Systems to Anesthesia, Critical Care and Operating Room Management areas. Key products to deliver are Centricity High Acuity and Opera.
You are leading project communication, implementation and Service delivery on behalf of GE Healthcare to customer organizations that are public and private hospitals/hospital districts.
You will be part of a strong Healthcare High Acuity team.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Overall project planning, monitoring and control of all project resourcesService contract design and managementResponsibility for resilient revenue planning (forecast)Synchronization of internal and external expectations for specific projectsProject reporting to internal and external stakeholdersPlanning, coordination and moderation of workflow analysis workshops at the customerChange Management: Coordination of the transition phase with the goal of sustainable changeRisk management including control measuresMain contact person also in case of conflicts throughout all project and service phasesProject acceptance planning and implementation including definition of test scenariosProcurement management: coordination of deliveriesElaboration of the professional and technical documentationWork directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflowClose collaboration with the country specific functions such as sales, application specialists and technical expertsClose collaboration with global functions such as engineering, product management and marketing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciencedemonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environmentsUnderstanding of clinical workflow in ICU’s and OR’sExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, be able to develop effective working relationship with the client and team membersProblem resolution and creativity in solution developmentStrong customer focusFluent in Italian and English.Valid driving license.On site presence project dependent up to 30%

Desired Characteristics

Relevant experience in Project Management or project leadership roleRelevant experience in service deliveryStrong process orientation and a firm commitment to quality.Experience working in the Healthcare IT industry and with knowledge of Hospital IT Systems
