Implement lean tools and methodologies to enhance manufacturing and DC processes, material flow, workstation layouts, and overall operations. Lead DMAIC projects, optimize and streamline operation workflow, line balancing, and develop standardized work procedures. Identifies process bottlenecks and opportunities, providing solutions based on AS-IS and TO-BE analysis. Develops and presents action plans to the management team for implementation. Evaluates new work methods for their impact on operations, workflow, productivity, quality, safety, EHS, and cost. Deliver CI KPIs, departments KPIs and BSC such as efficiency, productivity, WIP control, extra consumption, back orders. Conduct diagnostics and value stream mapping (VSM) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Define and execute action plans and drive the relevant improvement actions. Initiate automation projects with the engineering team, starting with idea generation, feasibility studies, technical studies, and implementation. Initiate digitalization projects with the IT/operation team, starting from idea generation, feasibility studies, and technical studies until implementation. Act as a certified lean trainer to educate teams on lean tools and principles. Collaborate with programs like LOFT to onboard and train new operators, leaders, and supervisors. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the plant (KAIZEN, suggestions, 5S, etc.) and foster progress toward operational excellence. Work closely with the production/support function team to achieve KPIs for departments. Driving a lean and continuous improvement culture. Standardization and auditing: develop, implement, and audit continuous improvement procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and ISO certifications. Bachelor's degree or higher 7 years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies Excellent skills in lean, TPS, Six sigma and TPM Excellent skills in project management methodologies. Well understand the lean manufacturing principle and the application. A genuine interest in new technology, systems, and processes Good skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Possess good analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory in English. Teamwork oriented.
