Overview Job Purpose The Project Analyst will be part of the information security program management team responsible for end-to-end cyber security and assurance project deliveries. A Project Analyst is responsible for tracking project requirements, creating detailed project plans and working directly with security team members and partners across ICE to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Analyst will use project management tooling to report on metrics to track progress, open issues and project delivery. The candidate must be a self-starter capable of working within a team. The candidate must have good project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with in-person and remote project teams to deliver complex security projects. The position will operate during normal East coast business operating hours, with exceptions for collaboration with teams in other time zones. Responsibilities Project Analyst will work with the PMs on the ISPMO team to support with on-going, new project, POC delivery, enhancements, reporting etc., Establish and document project requirements and guidelines in accordance with standard security project delivery coordination and management. Responsible to ensuring project governance across all projects. Track security project requirements; outstanding risk, issues and decisions; lifecycle documentation and dependencies. Keep project details up to date and accurate to support reporting on project milestones, and any other project related data. Creates cross-functional project plans that include scope definition, schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communication plans and risk analysis. Interface with multiple stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and facilitating project scope definition. Facilitate regular status meetings to manage the project plan execution. Knowledge and Experience Bachelors or equivalent degree Minimum 5 years of working experience as a project analyst or a technical role within information technology or security Ability to apply standardized project control mechanisms such as planning and project progress tracking / control, estimating, logic analysis, resource planning and allocation, issue and risk management. Ability to use PMO tools effectively Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail. Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed. Ability to organize personal and team time effectively. Technical understanding of security technologies a plus Financial industry and cyber security experience a plus Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
