**Job Summary:** ​You will be responsible for specific and assorted administrative jobs consisting of the compilation, and processing of information. Responsible for performing administrative tasks according to established standards. Duties may include ordering processes, billing, filing, payables, collections, and accounts. They will work on a variety of customer service and administrative based tasks. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Sales order processing into Oracle system by coordinating with customer & sales communication + Communicate with respective salespersons, customers, operation team, other related BU and Finance team for account set-up, bond, advanced payment, and other related works + Process invoices related to payments to customers + Manage a billing process of payment collection and refund + Deal with invoices and chase up overdue payments and monitor ongoing orders + Prepare and report the billing issue and status regularly + Be responsible for Projects administration with primary responsibility by ensuring our compliance to and fulfillment of agreed contractual terms and conditions + Set up projects on Project Management System (Clarity) + Support PMs to utilize foreign Engineers (Accommodation, VISA preparation, others) + Provide support to PSS management matters and activities + Perform other duties as & when assigned **Who You Are:** You model collaboration across the organization.
