POSITION SUMMARY

Constellis is hiring a Project Administrator to be part of a dynamic and growing team located in Herndon, VA. The Project Administrator will support project administration activities as well as assist in tracking the financial position of projects/contract/programs assigned from contract award through contract closeout and ensure the various contracts requirements are met. Interface with members of Finance & Accounting, Operations, Program Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing and Procurement. This is an entry-level position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support processing administrative actions related to the high volume of Contract Modifications and the associated Project Setup actions Support Limitation of Funds tracking to ensure internal and external stakeholders are notified when contract funding is required Manage/track subcontractor funding and expenditures. Work as a liaison with the Subcontractor Administration team. Support monthly review of projects and performance against budgets/cost proposals with variance explanations Ensures invoices are billed in accordance with contract requirements and reconciles billings for each contract line item (CLIN) as required Performs monthly financial analysis tracking key performance indicators Supports monthly and/or quarterly Estimates to Complete within assigned portfolio Prepares ad hoc reports as requested Ability to interpret contracts, identify contract risks, implement risk mitigation procedures Assist external auditors in requests for financial information Work with management on internal reviews Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience Two years of experience in Accounting, Finance or other related field experience preferred Experience using Deltek Costpoint to include project setup a plus Knowledge of government contract types to include Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials and Cost Reimbursable desired Experience with large contracts that have multiple CLIN and revenue types desired Knowledge of the processes and procedures in financial analysis Must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Experience with Microsoft Office suite, proficiency in Excel is essential Ability to interact and communicate, both oral and written, with individuals across the organization Self-motivated and results-oriented dedicated individual with a strong workBENEFITS
