Monadelphous is seeking a Project Administrator to support our Maintenance and Industrial Services division - Mining & Mineral North West team. You will see yourself utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on crew retention. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the mobilisation rostering core crew.

What you’ll bring

1-3 years' experience in a roster or site administration role within the resources sector Proof of right to work in AustraliaExperience in an end-to-end mobilisation process - organising medicals, training, PPE, booking flight and accommodation, site inductions and entry etc.Experience with ERMS, CMS, SuccessFactors, Pegasus, AMEX and Workflow will be advantageousAbility to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employeesExcellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
