REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor"s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
