Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Accountant in the construction industry, based in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Project Accountant, you will be in charge of various accounting functions, utilizing a variety of software systems, and managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). You will be a part of a team that emphasizes the importance of maintaining accurate customer credit records and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Handle various accounting functions and maintain accurate records • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient management of accounts • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently • Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance • Utilize knowledge of AIA documents when necessary • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required • Maintain a strong commercial construction background to aid in job functions • Resolve any customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Use ADP - Financial Services and AMSI for financial processing and record keeping.
