Position Description:
This position is for two (2) Programmers - Level 3 resource to work on legislatively mandated fee and rule changes. Resources will take part in requirements gathering, design documentation, testing plans and scenarios and system knowledge onboarding, system specifications, code development, system testing, implementation and support. The contractor will develop programs, debug code, create test data, test system according to specifications supplied by the State. Contractor will document code according to State standards. 

Skills Required: COBOL Programming, Production support and unit testing, DMSII Databases and experience with Unisys Workflow language.

Skills Preferred: 
Highly Desirable: Programming in XGEN Experience using BLSource. Desirable Experience with Algol. Experience with Cande. Experience with Programmer Workbench. 

Experience Required:
COBOL Programming - 3 years Production Support and Unit Testing- 3 years DMSII Databases - 2 years.
Experience with Unisys Workflow language -2 years. 

Experience Preferred: 
10 or more years of experience as a programmer/analyst. Highly Desirable: Experience programming in XGEN.
Experience using BLSource.
Desirable Experience with Algol. 
Experience with Cande.
Experience with Programmer Workbench. 

Additional Information:
There is no direct public transportation to this location. All prospective contractors will be required to pass background check prior to the start date of this contract. Preferred method of interviewing is in person.
