Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP Emarsys Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Emarsys Cloud Segmentation Contact Management and Automated Interaction. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our companys growth and impact on society.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights using SAP Emarsys Cloud Segmentation.Manage and maintain contact lists within SAP Emarsys Cloud Contact Management.Develop and implement automated interaction workflows in SAP Emarsys Cloud.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance and effectiveness.Optimize contact management processes to enhance customer engagement.Utilize domain knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management to tailor solutions.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Emarsys Cloud solutions.Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and new features.Monitor industry trends and advancements in SAP Emarsys Cloud technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management strategies.Support the development of marketing strategies through data-driven insights.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Emarsys Cloud Segmentation Contact Management and Automated Interaction.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management which is a plus.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Certifications Required
