WBS Executive Education is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Programme Manager to drive the seamless delivery of our Executive Education programmes. This is a strategic role that requires an exceptional professional with a proven track record in programme management, client service excellence, and operational efficiency.

The main purpose of this position/job is:

We are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager with substantial experience in executive education, corporate training, and or higher education programme management. The ideal candidate is:

Brief Description

Key responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

1. Admissions Coordination:

Participate in the Admissions Committee to select and admit clients.

Assist with client interviews and resolve admission-related queries.

Maintain accurate records of accepted clients in line with university standards.

2. Programme Administration:

Accurately register clients in compliance with university policies.

Communicate programme details (e.g., timetables, venues, policies) to clients.

Coordinate welcome packages, teaching materials, and venue bookings.

Ensure digital teaching platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Ulwazi) are ready for use.

3. Client Support:

Serve as a liaison between clients and support offices, such as Fees Office and Faculty.

Address and resolve client inquiries during programmes.

Facilitate evaluation processes and implement quality assurance measures.

4. Events Management:

Organize graduation ceremonies, including invitations, catering, and logistics.

Coordinate programme-related events to enhance client experience.

5. Financial Administration:

Process faculty claims, procure teaching materials, and manage programme budgets.

Ensure timely invoicing and payment processes are completed.

6. Academic Administration:

Manage assessments, record marks, and ensure adherence to academic policies.

Collaborate with various committees to oversee research processes.

Support academics with class lists, course materials, and assessment schedules.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for enhancing programme delivery and delegate experience.

Ensure compliance with sustainability and quality standards.

A Bachelor s Degree is required Minimum of 5 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years university administration experience Drivers License
