To plan, direct, and integrate the activities of enterprise-wide programmes to ensure that goals are accomplished and achieved within defined scope, budget, quality, and timelines meeting stakeholder and client expectations.Plan the overall programme and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programmes.Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.Identify and analyse issues in project delivery systems, resolve conflicts and implement solutions in support of strategic and tactical goal achievement.Continuously monitor actual project progress and resolve issues speedily to enhance effective client service delivery.Apply a strategic approach in support of delivery plans to support functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.Oversees multiple related projects, ensuring they align with the organisation’s strategic goals.Oversee programme and project teams to ensure the best return on investment, and plan and assign tasks for cross-project collaboration.Collaborate with programme managers to identify potential risks and opportunities across various departmental programmes.Draw up a budget aligned to strategic and tactical delivery plans to facilitate the provision of adequate financial resources.Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group.Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment and dedication in support of organizational values.Analyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes.Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.Design and deliver customer service solutions, systems and interactions aligned to organisational values and service standards that build the brand.Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters.Evaluate performance and coordinate project interdependencies.Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in area of responsibility.Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Minimum Qualification – Completed Relevant Postgrad DegreePreferred – Masters in Project Management
PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Programme Management Professional) certification or Equivalent
8+ years project management experience, with a track record of delivery of projects
Experience within a big data platform and or analytics environment
