We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Programmatic Media Coordinator to join our team. The Programmatic Media Coordinator will play a key role in managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to drive successful campaign outcomes.Minimum Qualifications:Education in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communication, or related fieldsUnderstanding of traditional and digital media planning conceptsExcellent proficiency in Excel, coupled with a solid understanding of Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate levelYou’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kindDesired Qualifications:Understanding in programmatic platforms, such as Yahoo!, Nexxen, GoogleAds, is great to haveAdept time management across multiple campaigns, and effectiveness under pressureProactive involvement in the media team, with a self-starter attitude fostering creativity, enthusiasm, and organizationAbility to operate with minimal supervision within a growing teamWillingness to learn and master new software platformsStrong initiative with a focus on problem-solvingAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilitiesEffective written and oral communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts clearlyYour mission will be:Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and monitor programmatic campaigns across various platforms, ensuring accurate implementation and delivery; Regularly review campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies; Actualize campaign billing at the end of each monthData Analysis: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate insights and actionable recommendationsTechnical Expertise: Manage programmatic ad operations, including troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure accurate ad delivery; Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to programmatic advertisingCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Ad Ops and Analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies; Communicate campaign updates, progress, and results to internal teamsOptimization and Testing: Implement ongoing optimization tactics, such as bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and ad placementsQuality Assurance: Perform thorough QA checks on creative assets, landing pages, and tracking to ensure accurate and consistent campaign executionVendor Management: Liaise with external partners, agencies, and ad tech vendors to coordinate campaign setup, troubleshooting, and optimization effortsIn summary, the Programmatic Coordinator role demands meticulous management of campaigns, insightful optimizations, and a dedication to thriving in a dynamic media landscape.
