Family Bridge FB cases promotes FB to eligible families during or after the hospital stay The Program Support Specialist is responsible as the point of contact for the public and monitors customer satisfaction and referral outcomes Must be able to interact with and coordinate a large number of supportive services Must learn the Results Oriented Management Accountability ROMA and Human Services Infrastructure HSI Systems Thames Valley Council for Community Action TVCCA operates under these two management principles and all employees must understand and adopt themWork where every moment
