The Program Supervisor will be responsible for overall management of the program, including day-to-day operations, and representing the program in the community. Tracks treatment outcomes. Will carry a caseload, if required. Provides supervision to staff. Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people, and with community resources used for referrals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served. He or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer's status in order to identify each consumer's needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.
Acute Family Support Services provides support to families who have loved ones in crisis. This program covers Burlington and Camden Counties.
