As a Program/Project Coordinator, provide strategic support to a mid to large-scale, recognized organizational program/project by coordinating all operations for the assigned program or project to facilitate the effective management of programs/projects according to organizational standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinates and maintains applicable program/project schedules and agendas; which may include tracking deadlines, deliverables, composing meeting meetings and other correspondence/communication with management and/or stakeholders.Collaborates with other departments, staff, leaders and/or other partners in the administration of the program/project. Provide coordination of applicable logistics or information as directed by leadership.Organizes and coordinates the development of all featured events, outreach activities, meetings and materials/collateral; in the promotion and administration of the program/project. May actively represent the program and/or the organization.Helps foster a collaborative and positive relationship-building dynamic with internal staff and external parties. May be responsible for providing any applicable education, training, onboarding and/or mentorship pertaining to program/project.Supports the development and management of program/project budgets; maintains and tracks all supporting budget/financial files and documents. Communicate with other departments, vendors, and applicable community parties as needed.Responsible for creating reports for management in the evaluation of the program/project performance or day-to-day operations. May also be responsible for documenting and tracking program/project compliance.May provide feedback to management and make recommendations regarding program/project operations and/or procedures.Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes.Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s).Responds timely, effectively, and appropriately to deliverables.Identifies and responds appropriately to both internal and external customer needs using available resources.Cultivates and maintains strong customer relationships and rapport with stakeholders and/or client groups.Ensures practices and procedures are inclusive of interpersonal and cultural diversity.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in Health care, Business Administration, Management or related field is preferred.
Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

Two (2) years of Progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience.Three (3) years of Organizational Program or Project coordination/support experience; utilizing program/project management and development procedures is preferred.Demonstrated leadership ability to establish intra-departmental administrative systems and achieve orderly, accurate, and timely workflow from underlying offices and units.Ability to initiate, plan, design, execute, and monitor project(s).Ability to apply knowledge of information software and/or hardware to provide solutions and/or support.Demonstrated experience in handling multiple tasks frequently with short timelines, prioritizing and organizing workload; and accurate and complete follow-up on all projects with minimal or no supervision.Strong computer literacy comprised of a working knowledge of Windows or comparable operating systems. Must additionally possess working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation development, e-mail, browsers, and online reporting.
