Program & Process Lead

About the opportunity  

The People Experience and Enablement (PXE) team in P&C is accountable for managing our cloud-based applications and for delivering P&C investments. We historically invest $10-18m annually in P&C projects with individual projects ranging in size from $1.5m to $25m and from less than 1 year to 4 years in duration.

The purpose of this position is to lead the delivery of solution and process changes for P&C from small day-to-day changes to large-scale implementations. In projects, this role will work closely with a Project Manager (typically from Technology) on behalf of P&C, to ensure the business outcomes are achieved. This position is highly collaborative working in partnership with business and technology stakeholders on behalf of P&C to ensure the business outcomes are achieved.


What you’ll deliver with us  

You will be responsible for leading business process design and ensuring business requirements are captured accurately and thoroughly. You will be able to ensure a seamless process throughout the project so input is included, an understanding of change and solution has occurred.


You’ll also

Leads alignment of projects to strategic priorities for P&C Through investments, delivers on strategic priorities for P&C Ensures commercial outcomes (e.g., benefits realisation, business process change, risk mitigation, compliance obligations) are achieved Coordinates with other process leads to ensure whole of portfolio remains aligned and projects are working toward common goals 


About you  

We are seeking those who are passionate about improving processes and are solution driven. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and project management skills to ensure you are strategic and always thinking ahead for stakeholders.


You’ll also need

Experience working in a project delivery capacity (action-oriented, works to tight timeframes, collaborates effectively in a team) Experience in process design, analysis and planning Application experience  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
