As a PP&C Analyst III here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various\nprogram and project management aspects.

You will report directly to our Sr. PP&C Manager, and\nyou'll work out of our Deer Valley location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule after\nyour first 90-days with Honeywell.  We are not offering relocation\nassistance for this role. 

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the successful execution\nand delivery of projects. You will be accountable for monitoring project\nschedules, managing costs and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks,\nanalyzing project performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with project\nmanagement standards and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads\n or supports the development of initial program baselines, program\n re-baselines and compliant baseline change managementPrepares\n and analyzes reliable cost report data for program stakeholdersResponsible\n for program EAC (estimate at completion) managementEnsures\n cost and schedule integration are aligned to scope and contract\n requirementsProactively\n and effectively communicates with program team and customersResponsible\n for reliable program EVM (earned value management) application, compliance\n and proceduresActively\n supports program issue identification, root cause, impact analysis and\n recommends corrective actionsActively\n supports CAMs in monthly cost and schedule reviews and drives complete and\n accurate EACs and variance analysisInitiates\n and participates in organizational and program improvementsMentors\n other team members
