Come build your career with BAE Systems. BAE Systems Electronic Systems (ES) sector is looking for candidates to join our Operations Summer Internship Program starting in the summer of 2025. We have open intern positions for talented, up and coming Business/Engineering professionals who want to work at a progressive company where Operations Excellence and Project Management is highly valued. As a Program Planning Intern in Electronic Systems, you will develop your skills while helping us protect the brave men and women in our armed forces and other communities. Our products must work the first time, every time, because people s lives depend on it. In Operations, it is our responsibility to make sure that whatever we build leaves with Zero Defects. The Program Planning Internship Program is a 10-week program that offers participants a unique and exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience within a global defense & commercial contractor. Interns will experience work assignments using MS Project to develop project schedules, using MS Excel to perform analyses and MS Power Point to convey project status at team meetings. This role will also provide learning, training and mentoring opportunities to consider a career as a Program Planner within BAE Systems. Due to the nature of this role, in-person collaboration and/or program needs will require the candidate to perform work onsite as needed. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility in a Hybrid manner. Roles and Responsibilities may include: + Support the development of program schedules utilizing MS project scheduling SW. + Assist program management in periodic Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates. + Preparing reports for customer and/or business management personnel as required. + Gaining a practical understanding of how Project Schedules are integrated with program financial reporting systems to satisfy external customer reporting requirements. Present a final presentation to the Program Planning Leadership on your planner experience. BAE Systems Intern Program offers professional development classes, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in collaborative projects. Through these facets of the internship program, our interns complete the program better prepared to enter the work force as a full-time employee. This internship will be located at BAE in Hudson, NH and offers a plethora of networking opportunities that connect our young professionals to senior leadership. This is a paid internship and has a flexible work schedule that includes every other Friday off. Housing is not included with the program. We are looking for hardworking, self-starters who have a willingness to learn and make positive change. This internship is a part of the BAE Systems LEAP Internship. All candidates must be enrolled in an accredited program **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Completion of Junior Year of College. + Interest in learning new tools with a capacity to be think broadly. + Inquisitive, curiosity of how things fit together. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool (MS Excel aptitude required, MS Power Point aptitude desirable) Comfortable working in a team environment, good listener, and willing to take initiative. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $40335 - $54497 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
