Program Operations Associate
**Description:** You will be the Program Operations Associate for our Datalink Program in Chelmsford\. In this role you will be responsible for program IPT support and will report to the Program Operations Manager\. **What You Will Be Doing** As a Program Operations Associate you will be responsible for supporting Program Operations leadership, production operations teams, and off\-site line of business production operations teams\. The Program Operations Associate must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization\. Program Operations work scope spans production, development and sustainment\. Responsibilities: • Responsible for Integrated Operating Plan \(IOP\) on\-time delivery\. • Generate IOP recovery plans as required and communicate/status to those plans using Z\-Charts\. • Provides support to Program Operations Manager and executes tasks as assigned • Provide recurring support to production floor supervisors, engaging daily and frequently to ensure collaboration and alignment to program priorities\. • Attends daily production floor meetings in a support capacity • Supports daily cross functional Program Operations IPT meeting • Represents operations at Yield Improvement Meetings \(YIT\), Failure Improvement Board Meetings \(FIB\), Root Cause Corrective Action Meetings \(RCCA\), and all other program meetings that require operations support or as assigned by manager\. • Collaborate with Planning and Global Supply Chain to ensure procurement and logistics meet production needs • Act as the liaison between the Program Operations and production, flowing priorities and relevant information bi laterally • Support industrial engineering efforts in regard to capacity growth initiatives • Support affordability initiatives • Support engineering development efforts ensuring on\-time delivery of operations deliverables\. • Support and ensure transition to production and other engineering changes carrying impact to production are executed in a controlled manner\. • Other duties as assigned by Program Operations leadership Additional responsibilities include: • Support Make/Buy efforts • Participate in Prod Ops planning/execution of various types of programs to include but not limited to: Development, Production, IRAD, NRE, RTG plans, etc\. • Support Program Operations Management with Production Readiness Review \(PRR\) activities • Support Program Operations Management with achievement of Affordability, Producibility and Capacity targets are achieved • Monitor and track manufacturing plans/schedules to ensure on\-time delivery to IOP • Support Cost Account Manager \(CAM\) • Support Program Operations Management with program operations proposals • Participate and support Program Operations leadership with strategic planning **Why Join Us** We're looking for a highly motivated, highly organized, and self\-accountable Program Operations Associate like you to join our team\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, engineering or relevant other discipline • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance, which requires U\.S\. citizenship **Desired Skills:** • Demonstrated skills in team building and leading without authority • Knowledge of fabrication, Electro\-Mechanical Assembly, and/or Circuit Card manufacturing • Familiar with budgets and cost targets and various key operational metrics • Familiar with MRP/ERP/Manufacturing planning tools such as SAP, APRISO, etc\. • Green Belt Certification • Experience with a matrix management organization • Experience with Production Planning, Proposals, Estimating • Familiar with capital, rate tooling and test equipment planning • 6\+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4\+ years of professional experience with a related Masters degree **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
