Job DescriptionThe Service Digitization Team (SD) is responsible for developing and managing strategic roadmaps, from capital investment planning to the delivery of solutions for applications across the Client Support Services organization. The Program Manager will oversee programs and projects from funding through delivery, utilizing Visa’s project management methodologies. This role requires a strong partnership and strategic advisory support to organizations within Client Services, acting as an effective liaison between business leaders, product managers, internal technology development, and outsourced partners. The Program Manager will drive operating efficiency through initiatives that produce innovative solutions for optimizing operational tools, support the strategy and technology investment roadmap needs, and manage a portfolio of multiple, multi-year development projects with joint accountability to scope, schedule, and cost.
How you will make an impact
You will drive and deliver projects for Service Digitization team's key Product-led initiatives. You will play a central role providing structure throughout the full program lifecycle, enabling Product Owners and stakeholders to succeed and meet their objectives You will own overall program schedule, RAID logs, change management planning, budget and project benefit reporting, keeping all stakeholders always aligned with program goals. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, cross-functional teams to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve day-to-day operations You will reconcile competing priorities, utilize synergies, align complementary initiatives, and build coalitions among cross-functional partners You will work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and unblock the project team for execution You will keep stakeholders informed by reporting on status, progress, milestones, risks, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties You will act like an owner, holding yourself and the program team accountable for their commitments and meeting the objectives of the programThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity successfully, in program management, product management, or similar role in a matrix organization.You are self-motivated and highly driven.
