Driven by a profound sense of duty, we dedicate ourselves to safeguarding the United States by partnering with our customers to ensure the success of their mission. **The Position:** You will manage project and program delivery and lead high priority IT project teams, assisting the client to develop and integrate software and systems with existing agency IT structures. Your teams may manage, design, develop, test, and maintain large and complex programs, or operational initiatives, to include introducing new technical practices and processes. You will also assess programs to determine where data and technology can be applied to make improvements in efficiencies and operations and planning and implementing new operational programs. **Essential Functions:** + Lead and manage the overall ITSM program, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and performance standards are exceeded. + Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT service delivery. Regularly report on program performance to the government client and internal stakeholders. + Identify and assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk mitigation efforts. + Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of IT services, leveraging ITIL best practices and industry standards. + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ITSM solution, ensuring it aligns with DoD requirements and industry best practices. This may involve configuring ServiceNow or other ITSM tools. + Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk, including incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfillment. + Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to empower users and support staff, facilitating self-service and efficient problem resolution. + Oversee the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure supporting the ITSM solution, ensuring its availability, security, and performance. + Lead and manage the ITSM team, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and mentoring. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. + If applicable, oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance standards. + Ensure strict adherence to all contractual requirements, including service level agreements (SLAs), reporting requirements, and security protocols. + Manage the program budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness. + Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the government client, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters. + Communicate effectively with the client, internal stakeholders, and the ITSM team, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and issues. + Conduct regular meetings and reviews with the client and stakeholders to discuss program performance, address concerns, and plan for future initiatives. + Ensure compliance with all relevant DoD security regulations and policies, including those related to data protection, access control, and incident response. + Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems and data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction. + Occasional travel may be required. **Required Qualifications:** + 10 or more years of prior relevant experience managing and leading a team commensurate with the size and scope of this contract. + 5 or more years of experience related to quality performance of ITSM services for organizations of similar size, scope, and complexity as EOP. + Experience leading people and managing large cross-functional teams of similar size and scope as this requirement. + Proven experience developing strategies to mitigate issues and risks + ITIL v3 or ITIL4 Certification. + Preferred: + BA\BS or higher education in technical or another relevant discipline. + Certified Scrum Master (CSM). + PMI certification (PMP, ACP, etc.) + Position requires an active TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility. **Location:** Washington, DC. **Clearance Required:** Position requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain additional security requirements. **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
