Position Overview International Supplier Quality (SQ) has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager- Tech. This role is instrumental in the operation of Supplier Quality functions by leading the department IT application development, from planning to implementations. and coordinates all aspects of quality and information system, while driving a continuous improvement environment to address process gaps and drive efficiency. The Program Manager - Tech supports the Supplier Quality team in aligning department policies, processes and methods with Traton sister companies to attain synergies in this area that lead to common processes, methods, and practices, including developing and implementing document control policies, procedures, and systems. This role also manages resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring changes, testing, documentation and training of users. Responsibilities Lead Supplier Quality IT applications development and implementations. Implement Agile within the application delivery and support cross functional team with clear work methods, performance standards and accountabilities. Work with Traton Business teams to Identify, analyze and document business requirements. And, work with Traton IT Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet all project requirements. Anticipate potential problems, be proactive and manage changes to ensure projects are on time and within budget Must be a skilled Problem-solver who follows through on implementation Open and frequent communication on program status to Traton (International, Scania and MAN) leadership teams Work with Supplier Quality management to identify training needs for on-boarding new employees, developing competencies in Supplier Quality team process and assist in coordinating and conducting training, including development and implementation of training modules Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience OR At least 7 years of technical project/program management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
