Program Manager (SMB Sales Strategy), Sr.

What does a successful Program Manager do at Fiserv?

As a successful Sr. Program Manager at Fiserv you will help drive results and achieve business goals by coordinating  and owning initiatives with our sales representative team, presenting initiatives to our leadership, and improving processes on the tactical and strategic level.

What You Will Do

Lead multiple initiatives with accountability for project timelines and objectives

Design visually compelling presentations that communicate program updates and insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for Management Committee updates and client presentations

Plan and facilitate meetings with clear agendas and effective communication

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives

Assist in developing SMB launch plans through effective communication materials

Support teams with data analysis, reporting, and event support

What You Will Need To Have

Bachelor's degree

1-3 years of strategy related experience, preferably in management consulting

Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily internal travel

Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills

Understanding of business financial practices and accounting

Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting

Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
