**Job Description Summary**
As the Program Manager - Service Commercial Insights & Execution, you will be responsible for developing and leading strategic Services Commercial programs to drive profitable growth, improve commercial effectiveness and enable success within the Services Commercial Execution team. This role will oversee global and regional growth campaigns, market analytics programs, field support programs, and product lifecycle programs to improve service capture. Programs rely heavily on data driven methodologies, standardized sales processes, and actionable insights.
**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ Strategically partner with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Leadership within aligned region to deliver leading indicators, funnel vitality metrics, Salesforce/Power BI dashboards for commercial teams to effectively grow their funnel and support the Commercial Execution team drive center of excellence culture and performance across initiatives.
+ Oversee Service Market & Life-cycle analytics including capture trends, installed base targeting programs and share performance to drive sales volume.
+ Establish programmatic approach to global and regional campaigns to achieve consistent outcomes.
+ Lead opportunity and market driven expansion programs to grow incremental share in under penetrated product portfolios and customer segments with aged GEHC assets.
+ Establish sales business planning structure for Service General Managers to lead within aligned region or segment.
+ Proactively lead daily management of sales process and conduct field training to improve adoption.
+ Lead the design and adoption of Salesforce.com/Power BI dashboards, communicate leading indicators and performance metrics to Service Commercial teams.
+ Oversee routine analytics for scorecards, monthly leadership operating reviews, and other standard reporting within aligned region or segment.
+ Contribute to Service decision processes such as business reviews and strategic planning.
+ Lead Commercial Analysts to deliver insightful analytics for owned programs.
+ Coach, mentor Field Sales teams and Leadership, determine need and offer practical solutions
+ Lead new metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations to communicate performance of install based trends and insights across the Service Commercial and adjacent equipment sales and delivery teams.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5+ years of experience supporting a large (200+) matrixed sales organization with sales process expertise and iterative modeling/analytics.
+ Strong data analytics and reporting skills (i.e. Ability to manage large datasets, assess impact, identify trends and insights to drive positive outcomes).
+ 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com or Service Max including dashboard reporting.
+ 3+ years of experience leading cross functional programs.
+ Strong critical thinker with demonstrated complex problems solving capabilities.
+ Results oriented with ability to translate strategy with data and facts.
+ Ability to build partnerships and influence multiple audiences to achieve timely goals.
+ Project Management experience.
+ Advanced MS Excel user.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead large projects, document, plan, and execute programs.
+ Ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and visually.
+ Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, CRM Analytics, Anaplan).
+ MedTech or Healthcare experience.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,800.00-$169,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
