HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Encompasses the delivery of lifecycle support services for all aspects of a federal agency phone system portfolio which includes legacy solutions as well as future capabilities. The scope includes the following primary areas: Manages operations from hardware/software planning through implementationSupport network configuration and performance management activities Ensures the continued operation of the EVoIP and/or Microsoft Teams telephony and network componentsProvides legacy phone support for stand-alone phone systems Engineer/Design/Deploy and Support Future Unified Communication (UC) capabilities and enhancementsProvides technical engineering support to include Project Management, Requirements, Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Network/Voice Systems Administration, system Security, and Configuration management for the FBI EVoIP and External Dialing infrastructure systemsSupervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of EVoIP and External Dialing including all communications equipment in large scale or multi-shift operations.Supervises complex operations that involve two or more additional functions such as, but not limited to, network operations, systems security, systems software support, and production support activities.Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutionsInvolving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.Communicating project requirements clearlyCreating a plan with incremental goals and deadlinesPlanning and leading team meetingsLiaising between clients and team membersDelegating and assigning tasksEnsuring deadlines are metIdentifying and mitigating obstaclesWriting project reviews and performance reports Overseeing documentationManages burn reports, invoicing, processing of quotes

EDUCATION: Bachelors and minimum of 6 years experience.

Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
