Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.  Oversee contractor personnel program/project operations by developing operational procedures. A week in the life of a Program Manager:

Plan and direct execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support efforts. Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements. Direct efforts of team(s) to include contractors at multiple locations.  Regularly brief senior leadership on program/project status and milestones.  Assist our customer in the development of management plans and strategies Milestone planning and tracking Evaluate program schedules, and deliverables Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule as well as develop technical program planning and control documents such as our monthly Management Report Assist in preparing and coordinating the agenda to meetings, prepare presentation materials, host and/or participate in actual meeting and drafting their subsequent minutes and action items.
