**Job Title** Program Manager - Project & Development Services **Job Description Summary** Leads cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process ensuring all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Facilitate and chair regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborate with core team to develop solutions and lead teams through implementation and completion. Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs that include appropriate level of detail to summarize complex issues succinctly. Manages internal and external relationships in support of program that are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. Serves as the primary client contact and escalation point for any staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues. **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL** **DUTIES** **AND** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Leadscross-functionalprojectsandprogramsend-to-endusingaformalPMOprocess ensuring allfunctionsremainonscheduleandissuesgetresolvedorescalated. + Facilitate and chairregularmeetingstoreviewprojectstatusforactiveandpendingprojects(projectpipeline). + Collaboratewithcoreteamtodevelopsolutionsandleadteamsthroughimplementationandcompletion. + Responsibleforreportingstatusofindividualandgroupsofprojectsandprograms that include appropriatelevelofdetail tosummarizecomplexissuessuccinctly. + Managesinternalandexternalrelationshipsinsupportofprogramthatareresponsibleforthedeliveryofaportfolioofprojectsandprograms. + Servesastheprimaryclientcontactandescalationpointforanystaffing,bandwidthordeliveryissues. **PROGRAM MANAGEMENT** + Defined as services that benefit the program and delivery of future transactions and associated projects managed by CW. **PLANNING** + Work with client to define program scope, budget, schedule, strategy and process, as necessary to implement real estate project delivery, strategy and process. + Facilitate the development of internal and external project teams. + Establish and define program team roles and responsibilities, in collaboration with client. + Maintain and update standard of services (e.g., contract requirements, engagement and process materials, site evaluations, and field training and performance standards) as aligned with account rhythm of business. **PROGRAM MANAGEMENT** + Act as liaison between client internal and CW field project management teams. + Assist client in developing and monitoring macro schedule and budget. + Assist client in the organization of resources (e.g. architects, misc. consultants, contractors, project managers, etc.) to ensure well defined roles, accountability and efficiency. **REPORTING** + Monthly program activity and forecasting defined around scope, schedule and timing coordinated with transaction management. + Ensure consultants integrate client information, feasibility, survey, permit data and/or other pertinent information into program technology platform. **PROCUREMENT** + Evaluate existing master service agreements of national vendors/suppliers from time to time for products such as furnishings, fixtures, equipment, artwork, etc. provided by client. + Evaluate and refine existing, RFP’s and master service agreements of national consultants. + Review and engage CW preferred supplier program suppliers to achieve program goals. + Assist client with the negotiation of additional master service agreements: Develop RFP and sourcing process, documents to solicit proposals for national master service agreements. Review and analyze proposals, facilitate interview with candidates and make award recommendations for award. **MONITORING** + Manage CW PDS relationship with client, consultant/vendor/supplier staffing, inventory and/or logistics levels for ability to deliver per program requirements.   **Education/Experience/Training:** ** ** + Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.  + Twelve or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.  + Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.   + Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business.    + Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.    + Highly organized with strong analytical skills.     + A proficient working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes as they relate to corporate real estate, design and construction.    + Software skills:  Microsoft Office applications, MS Project.  Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
