You’ll drive projects from concept to commercialization, keeping teams aligned, risks managed, and milestones achieved. + **Lead product development initiatives** : Oversee projects that deliver on quality, cost, and timeline goals. + **Own project planning** : Create and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and risk plans to ensure successful outcomes. + **Collaborate globally** : Work with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, service, and customers, to bring innovative solutions to market. + **Manage change** : Proactively address challenges, manage stakeholder communication, and implement effective change control processes. + **Champion operational excellence** : Use tools like Visual Project Management, critical chain planning, and risk analysis to drive results. + **Drive communication** : Serve as the primary link between R&D and other departments, keeping stakeholders—from individual contributors to senior leaders—informed. + **Support technical reviews** : Facilitate design and phase-gate reviews for products across mechanical, electrical, software, and chemical systems. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** or **Physical Sciences** . + **5+ years** in product development, engineering, or manufacturing, with at least **3 years** of experience managing product development projects. + Proven experience leading projects from concept to launch, preferably in engineering-focused environments. + Knowledge of **new product development methodologies** and project management tools. + Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. + PMP certification is a plus! An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
