Job Overview:
The program manager is responsible for the management and implementation of all programs related to the New Jersey Autism Center of Excellence, NJACE. This includes the development of projects, the oversight of existing projects, and the measurement of outcomes for each specific aim. The program manager will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and that high-quality services are provided to individuals with autism and their families.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s Degree in related field such as psychology, special education, or social workMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in program managementExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff and volunteersStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including individuals with autism and their familiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutionsKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to autism programsAbility to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, both internal and externalPassion for working with individuals with autism and their familiesPreferred:
Advanced degreeProgram management experience in the field of autismScheduling Requirements:

Develop and oversee programs related to autism, including program planning, implementation, and evaluationManage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficientlyDevelop and implement program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, funders, and community partners, to ensure program successProvide leadership and support to staff and volunteers working in the NJACE programDevelop and implement program metrics to evaluate program success and effectivenessMonitor and report on program outcomes to stakeholders and fundersDevelop and maintain positive relationships with individuals with autism and their familiesStay current on research and best practices related to autism to inform program development and implementationRepresent the organization in the community and at relevant events related to autismOther Duties:
