What You Will Do

Overall program responsibility for realization of Telematic programsSteering of Program with related sub-teams and external suppliersTop level planning and controllingAlign technical and commercial program targets with functional departmentsResponsible for Change Management processes (incl. internal/external Change Control Boards)Technical interface towards the OEM customer for all aspects of technical status, program progress and product alignmentResponsible for transition from prototyping to production incl. ramp-upReporting towards customer and internallyProgram execution according to HARMAN Project Life Cycle Management Processes

What You Need

University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering) or appropriate graduationMinimum 3-5 years of experience in program or line managementStrong customer focus requiredFundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project managementFluent technical and commercial English skillsAbility to motivate and to communicateAbility to mediate between conflict partiesGood presentation skills

What Makes You Eligible

Knowledge in Telematics or Infotainment Systems and experience in working inside automotive projectsExperience in testing and certification processesWillingness to travel
