**The Team**
Black & Veatch has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to support the PMO and Cybersecurity. This professional will manage all aspects of small Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality. Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Provides for the successful staffing of the project. Manages and leads small teams of multi-discipline professionals. Coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third party companies contributing to the initiative.
**The Opportunity**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
+ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
+ Evaluate project feasibility and identify potential risks.
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
+ Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve project milestones.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
+ Coordinate sub-contractor execution plans, procurement and expectations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
+ Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to all stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
+ Develop reporting metrics to manage and adjust based on risk.
+ Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures as needed.
+ Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
+ Identify, document, and report risks and project challenges.
+ Ensure that any potential project bottlenecks or resource gaps are proactively addressed.
+ Continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across stakeholders.
+ Implement lessons learned and best practices to drive ongoing improvement across projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
+ 5-10 years of experience in solar, grid, or substation project management.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong understanding of project management systems and technologies.
+ Experience managing large scale projects.
+ Background in managing clients and contractors defined by project standards.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

**Work Environment/Schedule**
